Our Story
Gardoce Consulting was founded in Sydney, Australia in 2009 by Regie Gardoce — a Filipino technologist who began his career in Makati City in 1994 as a junior programmer at Datascope Communications Philippines, writing low-level software to transform data into information.
Over nearly three decades, that same drive to solve complex business challenges through technology led to leadership roles at some of Australia's most innovative companies — from Cochlear, where Regie designed their global Machine Integration Platform, to Nanosonics, where he established governance frameworks for business-critical applications spanning finance, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and R&D across global operations.
Today, Gardoce Consulting operates across Australia and the Philippines, serving both growing SMEs and large enterprises. Through gardoce.com.au, we deliver technology services built for Australian business conditions. Through gardoce.ph, we bring that same depth of enterprise expertise to Filipino organisations and the government — with specialised focus on governance, risk and compliance (GRC), cybersecurity, and digital transformation aligned with Philippine regulatory requirements.
